You’ll have a blast learning REAL boxing technique; crushing the heavy bag & moving through some fat-shredding strength & conditioning to help improve your overall body strength. Boxing for fitness - no sparring.

MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 mins early to get hands wrapped!

ALL fitness levels welcome! No boxing previous experience needed.

We'll teach you everything you need to know.

One on One Mitt Work with the trainers.
Heavy bag work.
