BBFIT Blueprint - Online Weekly Lifting Program PDF

BBFIT Blueprint is a structured strength training program based on the style of programming I use in personal training. It’s designed to help you build strength and muscle with a clear plan.

Each weekly PDF includes:
• 3 strength workouts 
• sets, reps, and exercise structure
• progressive overload guidance
• weekly targets for protein, steps, and optional cardio

Workouts are designed for a fully equipped gym, but many movements can easily be modified for home gym equipment as well. Most exercises are common gym movements you’ve likely seen before (squats, lunges, rows, etc). 45-60 min workouts. 

This program is best for intermediate/advanced lifters or beginners who are already familiar with basic gym exercises and want a plan to follow without paying for full personal training.

New workouts are delivered every Sunday through PunchPass account in content library.
