FULL body workout, LOWER body focus (Majority of the workout will be focusing on lower body)

  • 60-70% strength focus/30-40% cardio focus
  • We implement a variety of circuits, keeping the workouts FUN and challenging.
  • ALL fitness levels welcome - exercises can be modified.
